Getting to the island

We offer boat transport to Sälgrund by request throughout the summer season, from June 1st to September 30th, 2026. In May, transport can also be arranged separately upon agreement.

Upon request, we arrange group transport from either the Kaskinen town center guest harbor (Satamakatu 18) or from the fishing harbor pier (Kalasatamantie 162, parking area). There is parking available at the guest harbor.
The boat trip from the town center takes about 30 minutes, during which you’ll get to see the daily life of Kaskinen residents as well as the industrial and deep-sea harbor areas from the sea.
From the fishing harbor, the journey is just a few kilometers and takes approximately 10 minutes.
